Located in one of the most famous resort areas of Greece - Halkidiki, just 80 km from Thessaloniki, villa Tania stands on Sithonia peninsula near the beautiful sandy beach of Ormos Panagias, in a complex of three villas. The complex has a well-kept green area with shady garden, 70 meters from the sea.

The villa’s three levels offer plenty of indoor room for up to 7 guests. On the ground floor guests may enjoy their stay to the fullest, as it is furnished with a leather sofa and rocking chairs for watching TV or DVDs and listening to music. There is also a desk as a working spot & a W.C. on this floor. Window doors give direct access to the patio, where guests may enjoy their morning coffee before heading for a swim.
Climbing the stairs to the upper floor, guests will find a second modern living room with another sofa-bed and rocking chair, and of course its own balcony. Lie on the balcony chairs to get a bit of sun or look at the night sky: serenity at its best! Master bedroom is located right next to the living room, along with a bathroom with shower massage.
The villa also has a lower level, where the kitchen, dining space, bathroom and two more bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms have double beds and are minimally designed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary utilities. The dining space also has seats for at least 8 people and is perfect for enjoying your meals as a family.

Key aspects of the villa? Definitely its contemporary design and decoration and the fact that it is just a stone’s throw from the beach. Either enjoy your siesta on a sunbed under the umbrellas, or lay a towel on the white sand and get as much sun as possible!
For larger groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together, but still want a bit of privacy, villa Laima is the neighboring modern sister villa.

As an extension to the villa, right in front of the garden, there is a very nice canteen!
Just the perfect spot, cozy enough to enjoy a quick meal after the beach. A great addition to the whole setting, indeed!
