Kea Island has been recently rediscovered as a convenient and high-quality destination for vacations and yachting trips, as it's the closest island of the Cyclades complex - only 55 minutes away by boat from Lavrio, Athens.
The rich brown stoned villa exterior, captivating panoramic sea view, soothing blue skyline colors, and the rocky cliff side fully capture the essence of the island's nature, making villa  the perfect getaway from the stress of the city life.
On the ground level, there is a large infinity illuminated pool, surrounded by the outside wooden deck, engulfs everyone with a warm summer vacation aura right from the start. The nearby entrance hall leads directly to the very commodious living area featuring one double bedroom en suite, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and spacious dining area. If you prefer having lunch or dinner under the sky, day or night, then the outdoor pergola shaded kitchen and the fully equipped BBQ with their own outdoor dining area, is the place to be.
On the lower level, there are two large double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, suitable for kids, and one twin bedroom interconnected to the second smaller swimming pool with very attractive views to the sea. The rooms include their own air conditioning, safe boxes, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV and en-suite bathrooms.
Stone, glass and wood add texture everywhere with modern pop art paintings, decorating the walls. In the background, a sophisticated in-house entertainment system makes sure each room showcases music and movies of your choice.
Outside, a separated Sauna and a Jacuzzi are available for some quality relaxation time. If you like energetic sports then head to the Gym or Tennis and Basketball courts which are always open for a quick workout or a short game, while the children can play and have fun in the colorful Playground, just above the ground floor. On the left side of the Villa, a very spacious, covered, Parking lot is located just under the Private Chapel.
Finally, a newly built and isolated above the ground floor, the additional Master Suite with its own independent living area, offers serenity and seclusion. It features a large double bed, a small kitchenette, office desk and a little court-yard for total privacy. It is available upon request with additional cost.
Villa is ideal for amazing vacations and can accommodate 12 - 14 guests, plus 2-4 more in the Additional Master Suite.
