Pionia is the sister house to Amalia, and is finished to the same high standards of quality. Its unique characteristics are the infinity pool which seems to reach out into the Ionian channel and its intimate layout, set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens.
Pionia has 3 double en-suite bedrooms, one of which is the master suite with its own private courtyard on the upper level, a spacious elegantly decorated living room and a fully equipped kitchen, including ample outdoor dining terrace and barbecue area.
There is a snug room ideal for teenagers complete with a media, entertainment system. Use of the Estate’s tennis court, a small wine cellar, Wi-Fi connection throughout, gated security system and evening turn down service are all included.
Pathways lead to two very pretty and secluded beaches, one of which has a private jetty for boat access. The external spaces have been skilfully designed to integrate the natural beauty of the area as part of the overall experience.
In July and August villas Amalia and Pionia are rented together and come complete with chef and assistant, ideal for hosting larger groups and entertaining.
