Upon entering you are greeted by the vast garden, rich plantation and well groomed palm trees. This private paradise promises seclusion from all worries of the outside world as visitors are at once engulfed by the tranquility radiating from this magical private ecosystem. The 10+ meters high trees cover the entirety of the diameter of the retreat to ensure absolute privacy for the guests to enjoy their stay and feel at home at all times.
As you walk towards the path leading to the veranda, you get a glimpse of the inside of the pool from the window that can see through it. One cannot but be pleasantly surprised by the enormity of the pool both in length and depth (4.00 m deep) filled to the rim with sea water.
This villa is ideal for large families and friends. Guests can participate in a wide range of activities in the massive garden. There is a full sized basketball court (500 sq.m), a marble amphitheater, and a barbecue area in the middle of the garden, designed by ceramic surfaces.
A striking feature of the main house is its unique architectural design which elegantly combines a powerful contemporary décor along with minimalistic touches. The Works of Art seen scattered around the house is a testimony of the aesthetics of its owner. This is accentuated by the profuse light entering through the glass ceiling above.
The main building consists of 3 floors accessed by an indoor elevator. The top floor consists of 3 two-level bedrooms and 2 large luxury bathrooms. Every bedroom is spacious, has plentiful storage and its own staircase.  The view from all bedrooms is outstanding.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a private study at the 2nd level and an extra-large TV.
The large bathroom that corresponds to this bedroom has a big Jacuzzi tub.
The other two bedrooms both have double beds on their 2nd levels and large bed/sofas,  making  it possible to support up to 4 guests each. They can be ideal for children since they have ample space and it’s possible to accommodate up to 8 children total in these two rooms alone. These bedrooms also have their own mini fridge, large office desks, a desktop computer and flat TV screens.
The ground level is spacious, with a beautiful dining area and an extensive living room. The house’s kitchen is also located there as well as an elegant marble built rest room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double fridge, dishwasher and appliances. It also has its own entrance to the rear side of the garden and has access to the parking space that makes it convenient to move groceries and supplies from a car whenever the guests might go shopping.
The bottom floor is also big and serves primarily as a play room. There is a second large dining space, a tennis table and cozy furniture.
There is also a Garden suite totally independent with its own separate entrance. It is a fully equipped studio for 2 guests with a queen bed, its own kitchen and luxury bathroom.
The area boasts several cafes and restaurants which serve excellent food and guests can dine right next to the sea, which makes it a wonderful experience.
