Situated on a small hill, villa Arina is located in a private gated community, which is built on the coastal area of Athens Riviera, close to the village of Palea Fokea, the town of Anavissos and very close to beautiful sandy beaches.
Villa Arina is particularly nice and it is built on two levels. On the upper level there is a master bedroom, three more bedrooms and one bathroom. On the ground level there is the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an office which can serve as an extra bedroom, one bedroom for staff, one bathroom and one guest W.C.
The villa has a private swimming pool, terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. The guests of the villa can have access to the tennis and the basketball court which are in the complex. There is also a children’s playground right next to the house.
The distance from the beach is about a 5 minute walk.

The town of Anavissos gathers windsurfers, as there is a training center for this sport. The town has all the necessary tourist infrastructure: supermarkets, pharmacies, variety stores, bakeries, ATMs, cafes, taverns and bars, playgrounds and promenades.

The local beaches are known for their clear waters and soft sand. There is a municipal organized beach with sunbeds, parasols and children’s playground, as well as several small secluded beaches within a radius of 300 - 500 meters.
