Ammos Villas is located on the Athos peninsula, in one of the most beautiful areas of Halkidiki. The enchanting sandy beach of Komitsa, which has been designated as a protected area of great natural beauty on the Unesco World Heritage List, is situated a few kilometers away from the village Nea Roda and only 2 km away from Mount Athos.
Ammos Villas, a complex of super-luxury and comfortable villas, is located a few kilometres away from the crystal blue waters of Komitsa beach, in a lavish green area, swarmed with nature's scents. The green landscape, the endless blue of the sea and the mountainous background, fascinate the visitors and create unique experiences for dreamy holidays in nature.
Ammos Villas consists of 12 modern, super-luxury holiday houses for the whole family, which are suitably equipped for all-season stays. The beach in front of Ammos Villas is ideal for you to spend the whole day on. Feel the hot sand, dive into the crystal clear water or just relax in the shade of an umbrella and enjoy the sea breeze and the view of one of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki.
The area is also suitable for water sports, fishing, hunting, as well as for endless walks in impressive sceneries and historical sites. Moreover, there are several charming taverns serving fresh fish, other sea food and local dishes as well as quiet places to have coffee and drinks.
Ammos Villas do not provide a typical hotel environment rather give you the chance to enjoy nature at its best, relaxation and the beauty of the surrounding area in this not crowded but incredibly beautiful third "leg" of Halkidiki. The complex is not a hotel, but nevertheless it is always convenient and easy, and in the morning a continental breakfast is provided to all Ammos villas. All villas have free internet.

The 5 luxurious and comfortable villas (80 m2), with different interior decoration and direct access to the gardens of the resort, can accommodate 4 to 5 people in their smartly designed spaces.
They include: Spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, private terrace and balcony with furniture, internal wooden staircase, private garden, sea view, barbecue, private covered parking, alarm system, organized beach (Komitsa beach)

The two-floor Ammos Executive Villa of 100 m2 each on its own lot, can host up to 6 to 7 people in their comfortable super-luxury spaces.
Each villa includes: Spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, private terrace and balcony with furniture, internal staircase, private garden, sea view (Komitsa beach), barbecue, private covered parking, alarm system, organized beach (Komitsa beach)
