The luxurious accommodations of Amida Villas consist of 5 two storey villas in a condo and a Ground Floor villa, which is an independent building on the same lot.
Each villa is able to host up to six guests with three big, bright bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.  The villas can boost its guests’ capacity by 2 persons (6+2) with the autonomous Guest room which has a separate entrance, its own bathroom and all facilities (flat screen TV, air-condition, ceiling fan and fridge), all available with an extra charge.

The Ground Floor Villa conforms to the same sophisticated design and luxury imperatives, as the other villas of the resort, without having the structure of a condo.
All rooms are on the same level. There is a master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a big open space with fully equipped kitchen and living room, where the sofa can turn into a double bed.  The Ground Floor Villa can host up to 4-6 persons.
