Located in one of the most beautiful sites of the Kassandra Peninsula in  Halkidiki, in a very well-cared for complex of houses in Afytos village, villa Alika sits on the top of a small hill offering amazing and unbreakable views over the gulf of Toroneos and the Aegean Sea, both from the garden and patio area as well as from indoors.
There is an external elevator that is exclusively used from guests of the complex to transfer them from/to a small private rocky beach through a grove of pine trees.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious and luminous living room with two sofas by the fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table of eight. The front patio overlooking the sea, is equipped with a dining table that may comfortably seat eight people. In the villa garden there are also two sun beds ideal for relaxing and reading a book or being lazy sunbathing.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a semi double bed and a bunk bed, while the other bedroom is a spacious master bedroom with queen size bed, offering direct access to a large veranda where guests have the best panoramic sea view of the whole complex. On this floor, there is one more bathroom.

The complex follows a 90′s architectural style, being elegantly and functionally designed. The villa has shared use of a swimming pool and children’s pool, with few more villas, placed just 25 m. from its doorstep. The property has a large private lawn-garden and shaded patio of more than 50 sq.m, as well as shaded private parking space for two vehicles. The complex has a 24/7 guard.

Afytos is ideally located at the middle of Kassandra peninsula with easy access to many other villages, locations and lots of beaches around. Here visitors may enjoy two white sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, quiet beach bars, large supermarkets, upper restaurants with fresh seafood and fish, and a variety of shops.
At a close distance of less than 8 km, is the well-known town of Kallithea, the nightlife epicentre of Halkidiki with tonnes of bars & clubs.
