Comfortable beachfront villa is placed in a large green garden on the first line near the sea in Attika not far from Evia island. You may find on the territory a private sea water swimming pool, barbecue kiosk, parking and garden with vegetebles. The house has two floors with large verandas, two spacios living rooms, two kitchens, seven bedrooms (one is a single) and five bathrooms. There are only some stepts from villa to the sea shore and about 200 meters to taverna.
Villa Vena boasts a gorgeous swimming area, complete with sun loungers and a makeshift sundeck, overlooking the endless blue just steps away. At the exterior guests can enjoy meals all throughout the day under the shaded dining and sitting area next to the pool near the BBQ. The villa is engulfed in a beautiful and well groomed garden which allows its visitors to experience relaxed days, just basking in the sun or alternatively soaking in the majestic sunrise and sunsets of the warm summery nights.
The house has two separate floors with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. There are external stairs between ground and upper floors.
In 6-10 minutes by car you may reach a village with supermarket, bakery and different product shops, fruit stores, cafe and tavernas. The capital of Evia Halkida is placed only in 7 km from villa.
