Hersonissos is a very popular vacation city only 20 min drive from the nearest airport at Heraklion and every summer it attracts thousands of visitors, as it is famous for its vivid night life, especially in younger people and those who feel young.
The Hersonissos beachfront villa is a luxurious two-storey house in Hersonissos region with the ultimate haven in a unique waterfront location. The guests of the villa can enjoy the privacy of the place and relax with a coffee or enjoying dinner in their private paradise at sea level. The luxurious ambience of the villa indoors and outdoors offers superb accommodation even to the most demanding visitor. The house is surrounded by garden 1800 sq.m. with trees and flowers and is comprised of the main building 170 sq.m and basement studio 35 sq.m. The barbecue kiosk occupies 50 sq.m. The villa is located close to restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, pharmacies and health center, which are concentrated in Hersonissos and round it.
The house stands in 10 meters from the beach, 35 km from the town of Agios Nikolaos, 42 km from famous Elounda, 25 km from the airport and the port of Heraklion and, of course, only in 1 km from the center of picturesque and cosmopolitan Hersonissos. Pool size is about 11,00 x 5,50 m with depth from 1,00 m. to 2,20 m, there is a also a jacuzzi area nearby. The pool may be heated  in low season when the air temperature is lower than 24C. While entering the house you will find a living room with sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, internet and air conditioning. The decoration is minimal with earthly colored furniture and white curtains. While seated in the living room you can gaze the sea horizon from the large window doors. The dining room has a large table next to a fireplace for romantic dinners; the main kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with all modern and useful utilities. The house can accommodate with comfort up to 8 people in its 4 cozy bedrooms. One double bedroom is on the ground floor with a luxurious bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor there are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both of them having a wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, doors offering balcony access overlooking the sea and both share a luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi.
The terrace with sitting furniture on the first floor offers stunning views of the sea and the surrounding areas. From the ground floor there is an external staircase leading to a 35 sq. m studio with a double bedroom, a small kitchenette and a WC/shower. In case of hiring staff, this area can host them almost separate from your group.
There are only some steps from the garden to the beach where you can enjoy your sea and sun baths.There is a private parking space for up to 4 cars on the territory.
